Meet your trainer
Diogo Souza has a Bachelor and master’s degree in Physical Education, Post-graduation in Physical Exercise Applied to Cardiac Rehabilitation, Post-Graduation in Disabilities Rehabilitation, and currently attending to a Post-Graduation in Physiology of Exercise and Sports Training.
With more than 12 years of experience, Diogo has implemented his training concept and trained a wide range of legends such as Rousimar Toquinho Palhares, and the former Blackzilians Head Coach Ze Mario Sperry. From 2010 to 2017, He worked as technical coordinator and strength conditioning coach for professional MMA athletes as a part of Team Nogueira from both MMA legends Rodrigo Minotauro Nogueira and Rogerio Minotouro Nogueira.
In addition to being an elite coach of some legends, Diogo Souza is recognized as an innovator of effective techniques of strength and conditioning of all-level athletes. Diogo is passionate about all sports, a kempo black belt, former soccer and rugby player, and jiu-jitsu practitioner.

Powerlifting is a strength sport focused on the execution of the squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Kids can learn about fitness in a friendly and enjoyable environment! The program consists of fun, challenging exercises that help with balance, coordination, as well as strengthening bones and muscles.
Join us once a month for differently themed workshops! This is a great opportunity to learn and practice training with good form, challenge yourself with strength protocols, improve your skills and to optimize your fitness goals. These workshops are free to our members!
